Jeffrey
attached e mail from Bryan Deshayes, Century Lin=
the e mail outlines current options from Century=Link regarding delivery of service to Zorro Ranch.
please note O=tion Three
do you wish to wait a few weeks for confirmation of fib=r delivery, or proceed with bundled 8 x Ti's from Sandia Crest If
you wish to upgrade services right now, Tl's and Sandia Crest is =our only option
from conversations with others, there is a very high ch=nce that fiber will be delivered to D mark
in the=interim, the installation of the new phone system could possibly proceed, = will confirm this by tomorrow.
my advice, would be to wait, but proceed with infrastructure estimates=based on fiber delivery instead of Ti's.
for =our consideration

Brice,
These are our current options:=/u>
1. I can provide 8 T1s with PRI at =HN-75 Sandia Crst, NM within an estimated 2 month timeframe. This would=not
require special build out or cost from the customer. Anything more,=such as a DS3, must be a fiber build which will take
at least 120 days as well as conduit and =iber build out costs.

2. We provide fiber up to the pedestal=at entrance of Zorro Ranch. This could provide up to Gig speeds, but wo=ld
require a $180,000 build out cost from the customer. If the customer=is willing to spend 12500 for a 60 month term,
Centurylink is willing to provide a 6 month cr=dit on the service end.
3. We have potential fiber DSL being p=aced within 4-6 months in that area. In July, we will know if Zorro Ran=h will
be a site the DSL will be extended to. This is not a guarantee, =ut is an option that would not involve the large $180k
build out cost as previously mentioned.=AO
These are our only options right now. =1 suggest waiting until July to see if we could get fiber DSL as part of a=budget for
the upcoming projects in your area. Again, there is no guara=tee that this will happen, and your site would have to
consider option one or two. Please let me k=ow if you have any questions.
