Curtis and Silvina,
Attached is the revised scope and fee summary. I believe this addresses each of the items we
discussed:
I. Omitted "THX Certification" (reduced fees by $25,000).
2. Included Gensler services for Items 2 and 4 in Item I (reduced fees by $14,500).
3. Included Landscape services for Service Road and Office Path in Item I (reduced fees by
$8,000).
4. Included coordination with Owner-provided Interior Design drawings for Grand Stair, New
Cabanas and New Pavilions.
I also corrected a couple of math errors on the original fee summary. The breakdown of the
Landscape fee for Item I was wrong (it was based on a lump sum number), so I corrected the
breakdown, but that fee did also decrease by a $2000.
Please review this and let me know if you have any questions. If approved, I can generate a final
revised contract. Also, I need the SD retainer for the Consultants, so I can get them started.

to speed!
