Not just my clients, but victims all over, and some are, by the way, located in other parts of the world, to have the court oversee the investigation. + We are encouraged by the sensitivity of the attorneys for the United States Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York and the investigation that is going on with the separate team. However, and, of course, the defense is also conducting its own investigation. But I do think the greatest confidence would be if the court in some way would be able to oversee an investigation because the court is a neutral party. And although the court certainly has a stake in finding out what happened to defendants who are in the custody of the federal system and who should be there to face the prosecutors and the charges against them, but now are not because clearly the system has failed. + And the United States Attorney has admitted that, and even before he admitted that, everybody knows the system failed. Failed the victims, failed the court, failed everyone.
