Below is a list of materials needed for the above referenced scope of work. All materials are to be supplied by LSJ: 3,000 sq. ft. of tile 90 bags of 918 thin set - 5 gallons of blue pigment 10 gallons of bonder 5 bags of lime 12 bags of common cement sand All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of S 42,600.00 — Forty two thousand six hundred dollars. With payments to be made as follows: $20,000.00 due upon move-in Balance due upon completion Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge ova and above the estimate.
