JE Punch List —June 13. 2012
1. Five Palms —TOP PRIORITY
- Exterior Door Shutters — removable option
- Painting - outside to be completed after visit
- Furniture — Sofa — leather samples JE will review while on site
- Piano - needs tuner
- Lights - add two more lights to front of Five Palms in trees
- Mirrored siding — Panels on STT 6/1
- Glue on site
- Tapestry Molding for Ceiling - Ion
- Transformer building — Building 5/31, 5/25 — final electrical hookup 6/8 — temporarily powered by generator
- Flooring
- Fire pit — gas unit needs to be returned and reordered
- Books — books on site will relocate over the week of 6/4
- Benches — one bench to west north of fire pit
- Road grading
- Piano — at Tropical FL 6/8 — scheduled to sail 6/13, EDA on STT 6/16
2. Grotto -
- Floor resin
- Genset wiring — scheduling to be determined
3. Berm/Tor of Hill
- dirt and rock needs on top of hill needs to go ASAP
- hydroseed top of hill
— 4 large planter boxes with small planter inside require construction — size to be determined by JE
- cleanup and excavate — continues
- remove rock screener — completed
- run power to berm center from pull box
4. Engineering/Maintenance Yard
- Steel Shed — foundation in progress
- Metal Sheets - on old building will be replaced week of 6/4
5. Triangle— landscaping direction required from JE

8. Solutions for Generators — Sound proofing solution forwarded to JE, require direction, wall built
9. Tiki — Darren is contacting the vendor regarding the shields
10. Dock —
- Decking — replace all damaged boards and carpet - complete

11. Kite House — review of wooden outside furniture -
12. Chillax Room — requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment —
13. Chillax Bathroom - requires blue rugs for bathroom & vanity area —

- Replacement Transformer — estimated date to be shipped from factory (Illinois) 8/21

16. Gym Road - road grading after Five Palms — continues
17. Timers— review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
18. Beach lighting — per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond

19. Pergolas— construct 3 pergolas for benches at the top of the hill —continues
20. Main entrance/gravel/grade - complete
21. Wind Door —wind door on kitchen side needs adjusting

- Door in dressing area — the heavy mirrored door between the bed and bath is beginning to drag on the floor
- Add door handles to shutters on master bedroom door to be able to close from inside
28. Phones —
- Library terrace — phone does not work — repaired 6/11
- Flagpole— phone in cabana has all the wrong numbers as compared to the list on speed dial — label replaced
