POMERANTZ: Your Honor, I wanted to note one thing 17 that I had the chance to go back and look at some of the 3500 18 material, and I know that there was planning to ask the witness 19 about an unsigned declaration involving I think the witness's 20 exhusband; is that right? 21 MS.
