Cecile and Jeanne,
St. John commercial for starters, Palm Plaza, underpriced at $1,750,000. Needs
aggressive property managers to get the vacancies rented as there are about 50%
vacant (ground and upper level) all on a month to month rental because owners were
going to 'condo-ize" the units so put all tenants on a month to month. It is a great
location next to entrance to Westin. Just needs to be cleaned up and aggressively
managed/marketed.
