These specific Overt Acts are reflected in those telephone records and we have also prepared for the grand jury -- I brought with me today, and I will bring with me next time, all of the telephone records for -- that we have received via administrative subpoenas. 3. Today I brought the ones pertaining to the Overt Acts and what we have done is we have taken those cell phone records and we have marked for the grand jury all the Overt Acts that are listed in the indictment. 4. You'll note when you go to that page, there will be a little mark by the telephone call that we are specifically talking about in the Overt Acts. 5.
