New Option for Local Boaters
On-line Reporting System
United States Virgin Islands Area Port
As part of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) comprehensive efforts to improve
the security of our nation's borders while enhancing legitimate travel specifically for
boaters who are enrolled in the Local Boater Option (LBO) program and prospect
participants, CBP has implemented the Small Vessel Reporting System (SVRS). This
option is available in the Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Tampa, and Miami area.
