You asked me to come sort out the situation with Brice, and Anna and staffing in general. I found a couple you like, split up Anna and Elso they can co exist and gave them realistic areas of responsibility. On top of that, I've been keeping an eye on botl= and Anna's areas of responsibility and helped out where needed. Including spending all my day Saturday cleaning beaches and plucking weeds, rearranging stones for your arrival. I've never once had a chance to sit down to define my role with you. I was asked to come to do one thing and then is expected to do something entirely different. Sorry it did not work out.
