Many thanks for your time by phone today.
As discussed, please find adjusted YG006 floorplan which I hope shows correctly the wishes of the Principal.
You will also see that I have made some alternative suggestions, shown as Option A on the Cruise Configuration layout.
Whilst these may have some potential price impact, and are not in the original suggestion from the Principal, perhaps
these could be of interest, due to the following thought process:

1. Theatre Room: I would perhaps recommend the option to have a monitor on the forward bulkhead for the comfort of
all passenger's viewing, and to enable the monitor to be placed at a higher position, and to therefore be a maximum
size.
2. Office: we could re-use one of the 3 place divans from the existing aircraft in this area. It may give additional
flexibility in the space.
3. Bedroom: there is not a great deal of storage in the room (although of course the dressing room is now well
provisioned). We could add a small credenza, if wished for.
Please do let me know if any of these options would be of interest to consider in our proposal. Option 2 and 3 are by no
means essential. I would perhaps recommend Option 1 from a design perspective, but this is of course fully yours and
your Principal's choice.
Please do also kindly note that we are suggesting that this aircraft is refurbished under EASA 9G certification. This is
because, due to regulation changes since the aircraft was first outfitted, this would be the most cost effective approach,
in our view, allowing maximum re-use of existing seating elements. Please do let me know if you would have a concern
with this.
I would like to thank you again for allowing us to work with you on this project thus far. We have today been refining our
commercial proposal based on your latest inputs, and Ruedi will come back to you as early as possible next week. We
do appreciate your patience, as well the priority of this project.

presentation including a layout with the removed longitudinal walls, which will create a more open space in the cinema
theatre and office.
After our discussions yesterday, I also took the liberty to develop with my team and include a further draft floorplan,
which offers a slightly adjusted layout, based on our discussion and your inputs. Perhaps this could also be of interest for
future discussions.
