Larry,
Its being ran up the flag pole. We would like to clarify what type of
inspection the buyer is intending to perform. The offer was vague in
regards.

Jeffrey and Darren,
I have consulted with Sean. we recommend completing 96 month inspection (labor 35K) and Gulfstream GV
factory pre buy (labor 50K), buyer pays for labor, discrepancies to be paid by seller,
Usual discrepancies total 250K for 96 month inspection.
We also will recommend that Cargill provide us a cost estimate for mid life engine inspection.
—since Engines are due in 250 hours for mid life inspection, we can obtain Rolls Royce not to exceed
estimate, turbine blade part numbers need to be researched to evaluate cost of inspection.
please advise if this is acceptable?
Larry
