In his Motion, Defendant seeks to exceed the page limitation as follows: “In order to present the Defendant’s appeals in an organized and understandable manner, the 20 page limitation is required to be exceeded by approximately 10-15 pages.” [DE 514 at ¶4]. Upon consideration of the motion and the record, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion to Exceed Page Limitation [DE 514] is GRANTED as follows: Defendant may file one consolidated appeal of the Magistrate’s Case 9:08-cv-80119-KAM Document 515 Entered on FLSD Docket 04/05/2010 Page 1 of 2 2 Judge’s Orders (DE’s 462, 480, and 513) which exceeds the 20-page limitation by approximately 10-15 pages.
