I think that during the week, Monday-Thursday is very hard with Henry working off hours etc. One idea I have is that we have a meeting and a dinner on a Friday night. I am not looking to blow guys Friday nights but we have way too much going on and much of it is fly by the seat of our pants because we are so slamming during market hours. Aaron does a great job of keep all of us apprised of everyone else but it is important that we do this. It is much too important. I feel like we are on the cusp of breaking out but at the same time we need to think long and hard about how we do this. We need an agenda for the meeting. I think we have many items that Aaron probably already has, but we all may have other items that are of important to ourselves that we want to discuss with others. Some items Staffing. Should we add someone or more? Should we cut someone or more loose? Goals for the next year, three year, five years Are we all happy? If not what about our firm is making us unhappy or what can we do to make EFTA_R1_00640063 EFTA02073876 us happy? What makes us happy outside of work and it is a goal that as an owner you get to do this but not also effective the firm and or the reputation of the partnership. Some constructive criticisms for each other. We need to have thick skin but I am sure there are things that we are all thinking that we need to share to make for a better firm long term. Example: (Ike why the surge in errors recently and how are you or us going to fix it, you are cost us all real money?) SWOT = SWOT analysis (alternatively SWOT matrix) is a structured planning method used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats involved in a project or in a business venture. Etc. etc. Lastly is just one night enough for this? Or can we all say this is too important that maybe we need to say also Saturday morning — to lunch we work some more and get this stuff done. I have two guest rooms so Danny and Jon G are more than welcome to stay at my place if that enables us to get more done. I do not want to wake up in five years and say man we could a, should a would a with Tourmaline had we done this back in 2015. I think all the time--- that WTCO could have been a behemoth like BTIG with proper planning and structure but it is not.
