It is up to you and Gary to make the determination whether or not you want to sell the house for less than market value. I am aware the cash "as is" terms ofMr. DiStualo's offer are strong, however his price at 52M is between 5%-8% below current market value. In terms of putting money into the house an doing a renovation, the issue with such a project is that there aren't guarantees a buyer is going to like selections made, and more importantly. where the real estate market is going to be 4 to 6 months from now once such renovations will (most likely) be done. I believe in the value of your mother's housc, and we are priced correctly asking $2,295,000 with our current real estate market conditions. The grounds and house is impeccably maintained, and shows very well for its age. I am confident it will sell for a fair price. Please advise after you review with Gary.
