It will be demanding to get the Judge to listen to a new argument that there is no jurisdiction & that, consequently,the entire CVRA Dec case is moot since the girls lack standing due to their not being fed victims in the first place if it comes from your attys seeking limited intervention to challenge the girls rights to discovery of what should be protected by a combination of work product/plea & settlement confidentiality policies.
