With regard to the question of moving the Pilot's Seat Aft 1.5 inches. The D model incorporates a new stoking
Crew Seats. The installation design of these seats are 1 inch aft of the previous C-HF position. The design of the
new crew seats will not permit them being moved any further aft. As such the option as described in the C++
aircraft is no longer available in the D model.
To each of the following Sikorsky's response in embedded below:
-1, Shmitka paints all of their helicopters metal flake, may I assume this will include clear coat? in the VIP prep
and finish?
This option was removed and not part of the current scope of work and price of the Deposit agreement. To
re-instate the price increase would be $23,750
-2 90024 mentions the aft bench seat, we do not want a fold down arm rest in this seat, only the fwd facing bench
has the IJI custom Mercedes arm rest with storage, however you make no mention of the storage cabinets under
this bench? are they included?
All of the Aft Facing benches contain three storage draws underneath the bench, and all of the Fwd Facing
Divans contain three storage cabinets with fold out doors. Further with regard to the question of Arm
Rests and seat style cushioning Sikorsky can accommodate the following at no change to the price
currently offered.

-3 63098 acoustic noise blanket, Bay Blanket kit light weight, is this standard now? no mention in the D.

6-90001 cabin reading light master switch in cockpit the D makes no mention, or is there another system you are
incorporating in the D cockpit to control cabin lights from the cockpit?

Larry, to summarize the inclusion of the total work scope that you are requesting is: $51,895. Please advise as
soon as practical and we will adjust the agreement accordingly.
