I realized that many of them are tremendously depending from universities and hate that. Liberating scientists from bureaucracies might be a good message for that... it's a very long-term goal but feels like a right direction following general gig economy trend where you less depends on organizations. Looking for two types of people right now: - scientists/projects to fund (really cool and unique and searching for financing). Have a few in pipeline, creating a funnel; - potential advisors to select and curate best projects (established scientists able to say yes/know on projects sourced). Attached is more info.
