I know you'll have to forward this to Darren in New York for approval. Note that the contract must be signed by October 11th along with an initial deposit of $12,814.61. This is similar to the previous contract for ASU. I hope that we don't have delays in signing of the contract, as this is peak season and we were fortunate to secure these rooms.
