The parties advised the Court that the Order fails to set forth a timeframe for compliance by the Counter-Defendant. Based upon argument of counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court's Order of January 29, 2013 on Counter-Defendant's Motion for Protective Order is modified as follows: I. The Counter-Defendant shall respond to the discovery within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. 2. The discovery Shall be produced under the confidentiality requirements of this Court's Order of January 29, 2013. 3.
