THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon JANE DOE #1 AND JANE DOE
#2'S MOTION FOR A PROMPT RULING DENYING GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO
STAY, the Court having carefully considered the motion and the record and otherwise being
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: Seeing no good cause for further delay in discovery in
this case, the Court DENIES the Government's motion for stay to the extent of allowing
discovery to proceed. The Government is directed to produce responses to the victims' pending
requests for discovery within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order.
