Eileen took Ben today to see office space at 445 park avenue with Howard Dolch on Friday
Howard says space was a former investment office and has very nice panneling and finishes
Eileen is looking for short term lease around 2 years - Asking Rent (which Howards says has
some room) is $85 per sq ft - 2900 sq ft - Approximate Annual Cost $246,500
Yesterday Eileen and Ada (new in house attorney) interviewed Harry
Harry thought interview went well
One of the questions they asked is if they hired him would his allegiance be to them or you..
