You know that Mr Rothstein destroyed people's lives with his fantastic and untrue suits and that in pursuit of his evil plans he corrupted ex policemen to create faked cases. He even forged the signatures ofjudges to sign off on those charges 11 am not aware of this level of detail — is it correct?) . You will be aware that Mr. Edwards now, himself, faces a professional investigation and serious potential charges. allegations only emerged at the time that Scott Rothstein was creating false claims and years atter the alleged misconduct . The releasing of the allegations to the national press only occurred after I refused to make any payments to silence l lor her attorneys because the allegations were utterly false. As you will be aware, it is also believed to be the case that she has been paid a large sum of money by at least one British national newspaper. That represents a further incentive to make false claims. If you write a balanced article, you will be bound to record that has made a previous claim of sexual harassment totally unrelated to Mr Epstein and which was not proceed with because the police took the view she had no credibility. You will also, presumably, draw attention to the fact that, prior to filing her civil suit against Mr Epstein, fled the US to avoid being arrested for grand theftlis this correct. My recollection is that we knew she was indicted but did not know the outcome. Perhaps you have better information now] All in all, given her record, which includes a number of other highly colourful events (of which I have no doubt you will be aware and will reflect) i assume you will treat what she says with great scepticism. I couldn't have picked her out in a crowd or, perhaps more relevantly in her case in an identity parade. After some thought, I recalled that l first met when she was working at a Premier Health Resort, claiming to be 18 years old and a professional masseuse. As part of his health programme, Mr Epstein had regular massages and employed both female and male masseuses. always came to Mr Epstein's property with eithe, in attendance, sometimes both. I was aware of no improper conduct and none was brought to my attention. When it comes to allegations about her time in London, I can't say I remember her at all and neither can I remember flying with her. I fly many thousands of miles a year all over the world in many different aircraft. Of course, I've seen the photograph of the Duke of York with but I have absolutely no recollection at all of the photograph being taken and cannot say who took it. I've met the Duke of York on a number of occasions but whenever I've seen him he has been properly attired and I have no knowledge of naked pool parties at Mr Epstein's Palm Beach estate or elsewhere. I do not share any homes with Mr Epstein and he does not support me in any way. To put this in context my relationship with Mr Epstein ended over a decade ago and since then I have had a long term relationship. Mr Epstein's imprisonment and the circumstances to which that related occurred over 5 years after our relationship had ceased. IfI've missed anything do let Mr. Gow know.
