I guess we get Donald to paint and take down the
curtains ...and Norman to pull up the carpet.

We should have done it sooner in hindsight.
Those early offers through us off. They were
willing to do the work themselves.
My office just listed a rental on E. Maple on
Friday and we already have a full price offer
over the weekend. It is one side of a duplex for
$6500. New and modern. No yard and have a
neighbor on top of you.
I am trying like hell to rent your place. One
agent wanted E. Maple. They only want 6
month lease and pay $6000. I told them to show
Oak.

Well I think long term it may make it better
also, it is what it is. The decorating is 12

I know it would suck, but it would definitely
help if the house had the carpets removed and
HW under touched up and to paint neutral
throughout.

On some level yes but unfortunately, the
decorating and colors were just too difficult for
them to make it work.
Too bad they couldn't paint and neutralize the
decorating.
