RULES & RESTRICTIONS At check- in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. The amount quoted is based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Booking rules (Modify or Cancelling Policy) will be attached to each individual offer separately. GENERAL These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protections afforded to you under your own laws and such provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision(s) of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) hereof will remain in full force and effect.
