If I were sending them someplace, I would spend my money at: III Forks - DALLAS steak house. Always good. Steve Fields - was one of the founders of Trulucks. Good steak and lobster. Live piano bar 7 nights a week. Or Oceanaire - seafood and oysters in the Galleria. They are not into Farm to Table and do not like sushi. They also don't like to go downtown...all of these are within their stomping grounds. If you need me to go buy the card, I will be back in Dallas on Wednesday.
