I see way too many anchors on WAPA.s cables. And the first time viNGN's cable got caught it broke, primarily because they tried to go to the smallest they could use. Let me know if you would rather come into the eastern side of GSJ or the northeast bay. Johann talked to all his superiors and they do not want to penalize us as the new owners for what the previous owner did. So instead of a NWP they are going to be issuing us an LOP (letter of permission). He will be sending a consultation letter to the agencies on Monday asking if they have any concerns and as soon as he hears back from them he will write our LOP. Also I made sure he saw the pictures and report of how we found the bay and the damage the previous owner did. I also had the opportunity to speak to JP about the seagrass damage as well. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that the damage was done by the previous owner.
