They even build a model which is rated for 150 mph wind loads. They may need to increase this for local wind loads on the island. I've requested additional information from them but I need more Program Information from you. Existing Kite House 550 Sq. Ft. Existing Wood Deck 1565 Sq. Ft. Their standard LV Home is 1190 Sq. Ft. but they can easily provide a custom design, which I'm assuming you would want. What type of spaces or uses do you think you want? Living Room? Bedroom? Bathroom? Small Kitchen? We could probably design & build it on the same footprint as the existing Kite House & deck, thereby keeping the pool and landscaping intact. Any thoughts? P.S.
