And we should have the full blown permit this week. My power cable and intemet are out. I have a generator and that is keeping everything comfortable. No damage at my house. My sisters house down in Bay Head is damaged but everyone is safe. We could be knocking the house down on Thursday or Friday. I am meeting with the rep for the foundation today and we should give him deposit money next week. Once we are on their schedule we will know when to dig the hole. I know that NJ took some huge hits and I know you must have many friends and family who have had their lives changed significantly. We wanted to follow up to see if you had heard anything regarding our foundation permit? I am not even sure if any of these guys worked last week with power issues and so forth. Next, do you think that everything unfolding is going to slow down our project. I feel like many of the contractors that you mentioned from NJ how have good rates and good works like the framers may be supper busy now. Will raw material cost rise because demand is going to spike on essentially free money from insurance payouts? Do you think we are ahead of the game enough that we are close to the start and all others will need to wait on insurance, get architectural plans, get approved and so forth.
