JE Punch List — October 30, 2012 - Updated
1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary
2. Equipment and Vehicles
- Sell equipment
- No machinery off the island unless approved
- Lull — replacement parts — due at Tropical 11/1, unable to sail until 11/7 due to value over $2,500
3. Five Palms
- Picture frame — on site, 86 x 70 — Sarah to forward selected picture, will frame locally
- Mirrored siding — will continue to reglue as sections fall off - 17 new sections/glue — ETA on LSJ 11/2
4. Grotto
- Mattress cover — completion delayed due to owner travelling to northeast — family issues, will update ASAP
5. Berm/Top of Hill
— Brice investigating a different material for hydro-seeding the top of hill/berm
6. Triangle
- Must design triangle — awaiting JE direction
- Palms will be relocated once Lull is repaired
7. Flagpole Pool Cabana
- Furniture — desk left Paris, awaiting ETA to STT
- Pace clock — ordered 2 new units -1 for backup — due on site 11/8
8. Floating Dock
- Sea-Do Jet Ski — will need to review how this unit will be secured at dock
- Dock box top & seat —refinished — David (carpenter) will reinstall 11/2
- Dock boxes — the mechanisms for closing the boxes need to be replaced — box lids keep breaking down/rotten wood
when struts installed — JE to speak to David directly
- Dock & Floating Jet Ski Dock Carpet — sail 10/31, on STT 11/3 — David (carpenter) will install
9. Chillax Room
— Requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment - Sarah forwarded a selection 9/28, 10/1& 10/30 —awaiting
direction
10. Chillax Bathroom
- Walls in vanity area to be painted —JE to select color
11. Boats
- Lady G — sell — will remain at Nanny Cay until sold
- Big N — repair at AYH dock in progress —hydraulic hoses due Tropical 10/31, boxes to be installed 10/30, painting
began 10/29, electrical refurbishment 80% complete. Cylinders to be installed on LSJ — will discuss timing with JE
12. AC - Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees
13. Transient Surge Protection — Tropical shipped to Nassau in error - EDA on STT by 11/10
14. Landscaping — Peter's List
- Flowers — JE to speak with Peter when he is back on duty
- Master Planter — JE to speak with Peter when he is back on duty
- High road waterfall — rocks to be installed
- Line all roads with stones
- Pop's Garden — require deer protection —Electric Fencing due at Tropical 10/31
- Shade cloth — reviewing propagation of seeds which were planted 10/16. Suggest raised planter beds, using tables
from nursery
- Peter to clean the sides of the road — work in progress
- Black Heli Under Pads — install at top of bike path at MC — ETA on LSJ 11/2
- Review growth of sea grape - engineering area — transplanting has not worked — review purchasing small plants

15. Roads
- General re-grading of roads — ongoing — Peter
- Betteroads quotes from triangle to crest of road above gym — Asphalt - $71,500, Concrete - $103,600. Researching
porous concrete option, water drains thru surface, used on St John & St Thomas
16. Library
- AC quote forwarded to Rich Barnett, who had design concerns. Plans forwarded to Atlanta 10/30, engineer will
answer concerns & develop control designs, ETA 11/16
17. New Employee Bathrooms
18. Gym
- New punching bag — installation of the speed bag - David (carpenter) — old unit removed awaiting direction from JE
19. Beach Office
- complete electrical overall required
- waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood — David (carpenter) — will begin 10/28
20. LSJ Mooring — Darren spoke with Army Corp 10/17 — still working on environmental report, will forward ASAP
21. Hangar
- Fuel Containment Pad — via Cecile 10/25 —there is an issue with the site possibly being in a flood zone. Reviewing
with Jaredian Design Group (John Woods).
22. Steel shed — Buck Steel drawings on site. Shed ordered. EDA to Tropical 12/4, booked to sail 12/7
- Removal of existing bolts patterns & installation of new - David (carpenter)
23. Equipment Purchase and Delivery
- (3) Terex RL-4000 6kW Light Tower systems — at Tropical, sailing 10/31, EDA on STT 11/3
- (1) Skid steer forks — due to arrive at Tropical 10/31
- (1) 2012 John Deere 5101E tractor with 553 loader and 8' blade — delivered to Tropical 10/25 — will sail as soon as
space is available
- (1) 2003 Genie Z60/34 Boom lift— EDA Tropical by 11/9
- (2) 2013 54-Express electric golf cars — EDA on LSJ 11/2
- (1) 2012 JCB 8035Z Mini Excavator purchased - $39,455 — awaiting buckets from UK, expected EDA STT 11/10
24. LSJ Mats — for all locations — ordered 9/22 — Logo approved 10/16 — in production — ETA STT 11/12
25. Containers — 3 off site. RO & Generators in remaining container, will be removed once Lull repaired
26. Stone Walls — Repair work to replace missing loose stones — Gerry & TJ working as time permits
27. Part Time Employees —focus on finding housekeepers — have a potential candidate, working the next week.
Employment Company Anna found was unable to provide anyone. Advertising
28. Heli Pad - wind sock for Heli pad on site. New wind sock assembly ordered by Larry awaiting ETA
29. Cisterns — need to be cleaned /sealed. Vendor on site 10/20 to review scope of work — quoted expected 11/1
30. Solar - JE does not like the white light", prefers soft white light — JE to review when on site
- Revised proposal from Pure Logic submitted to JE via email 10/22
