As far as the travel and meals, he thought they would just nickle & dime a few things.
The 2 big issues are the gifts and the office visit. Sounds like you have the gifts taken care of. He walked us
through the office visit. Basically, we just have to be sure to set up • office using the furniture and fixtures that
we purchased through the business. We also made it clear to the CPA (to convey to the auditor), many of the
furniture items were purchased when they were needed when Sublime had 2 full time employees in the previous
apt. / space. Some of that is not needed at the moment in the current space I company iteration, but may be
needed in the future.
The CPA is going to be on vacation for 2 weeks and then AS so the office visit probably won't happen until early
July.
