The attorney I initially met with never answered any of my calls, messages or emails after our meeting. I then contacted the owner - your guy - to find out what was going on. He apologized profusely but gave no explanation for the first lawyer's disappearance. Then he just assigned this indian guy to my case whose english is not great.. I want to make sure you know enough about this firm to want to use them..do you This is an email from the new lawyer with a list of documents to begin the process: "Hello Nadja: My name is Arun Nanda. Michael Braycich is a dear friend and an old associate. He has handed me your case with instructions that special attention be accorded to your file. I am currently working on your Green Card petition under EB1 category - "Professional of Extra Ordinary Ability". I will like to have some preliminary information from you in order to make a worthy petition. They need to provide: copies of all previous visa applications & documents, modeling contract ( both old and new) , some industry recommendation letters and eventually help with I-485 form.
