Bear in mind, however that all exempt companies will be required to sign a contract in order to receive exempt company benefits. As already shared with you, the contract is being revised to require additional disclosure information on exempt entities, and greater adherence to the annual reporting requirements. In addition, there will be an increase in the fees associated with the contract and the required disclosures.
