I will be pilot in command, is there anything that will get me in trouble or I should be aware of? I'm fine with
bringing luggage back!
Thx

Larry,
Our Regulatory Services Department has just advised me, that they have spoken with an officer Turner of Bangor Customs
about this matter.
Officer Turner told them that it would be allowed for you to bring the passenger's bags in without the passengers on board,
however, he did not personally recommend this action, because the Pilot in Command would be held fully responsible for
any customs violations associated with the contents of the bags, if anything were found.
So if you are with comfortable taking that responsibility, you can proceed.
Best regards,
Mike Richards (Delta Team)

Larry,
We will set up the flight for tomorrow and will contact KBGR to see if they have an issue with the luggage. I'll let you know the
outcome.

Hello Delta Team,
As you have heard, we had a front windshield crack after take off from Paris to KTEB today, we have a new window installed and will
try to depart at Noon Luton time Oct. 19th, Tuesday.
We will have no passengers since they decided to take the airlines home, so it will only be crew on board flight.
The passengers left some of there luggage on board and we will bring it back with us since they airlined home.
I have spoken to customs in KTEB and discussed that we have luggage from passengers on board, and they said it was up to me and
that i will be liable for its contents,. Since i know my passengers I am comfortable doing this.
After looking at the weather in Gander, I think I'd rather trying to fly from EGGW to KBGR and clear customs in Bangor Maine if
flgiht planning thinks ow plane can do it.. lets run a real flight plan at MACH .78 EGGW - KBGR. for a fuel stop and customs. then
continue KBGR to KTEB final destination.
Can you contact Customs in Banger and make sure they agree that it is ok with them for me to bring the passenger luggage with?
Captain will be myself, Larry Visoski, and Co-pilot David Rodgers.
I would like Universal to complete EAPIS for this flight.
Lets plan for Noon departure, and I should know tomorrow morning that sealant for new window is dry and ok for us to depart, that is
why I am waiting till Noon for departure,
please call if you have any questions, and after speaking with Banger customs about luggage,
thanks again for all your help.
