i also spoke with peter eli who submitted a Labor only quote for 2 planters as follows:
planter I: 191 feet long (4-5 weeks of work) including footings..
planter 2: 64 feet long (1-2 weeks of work)
total cost for labor only 53,000
i told him that his numbers seemed outrageous and that he needed to explain
glidden also mentioned that planter #2 will change after french architects
i told peter to revise his numbers for planter #1 only and to be prepared to explain how he calculated
