I've checked with Howard and yes, both of us can be available as early as next Wednesday (3/18) to meet in WPB. We would propose to fly down on WED morning, making it possible to meet any time after about 4:00 or, alternatively, on Thursday morning. Our plan would be to bring down all necessary pricing data. As for the contracts, again we agree and will start working those so that they can be delivered to Darren in parallel. Price will be easy to fill in once settled. In order to avoid the questions about is this a one-aircraft or two-aircraft contract, I'll suggest that we keep to two contracts of one each and then connect those two, in the case that there is a different price that evolves depending on single or double sale(s), only via a simple paragraph establishing cross-dependency. I don't expect that will be difficult to draft and we can table that until a business deal is done. With a productive meeting on the 1e or 19th, a great success would be to come away from that with a solid closure plan to be followed up at a final meeting in NY to coincide with the 25th.
