United States - Anticipated Date of Production of Communications Between U.S. Attorney and Jeffrey Epstein Roy, I have advised Mr. Cassell that production of the communications between Mr. Epstein's attorneys and the U.S. Attorney's Office will occur, at the earliest, on May 2, 2014, due to being in trial, and several impending deadlines in my cases. The production from the Deputy Attorney General's Office and the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Unit at Main Justice likely will take even longer. EFTA00209629
