STERNHEIM: I could raise this now or we could hold off, but the government has indicated that they may call some witnesses out of order. That's not the issue. 9 10 But with regard to one of the witnesses that they may call, I have some objection to the relevance of some of the testimony. And I did not know if you wish to hear it now or wait until such time as they actually intend to call. 11 12 13 14 THE COURT: Okay. So, let's see. We have the current witness. How long do you anticipate for your cross, Mr. Pagliuca? 15 16 MR. PAGLIUCA: I'm going to guess an hour, hour and a half, your Honor, something like that. 17 18 THE COURT: Okay. 19 MR. PAGLIUCA: Some of that may depend on some issues that I think the government has opened the door on.
