Oh yes. Our physicians must evaluate the patient before they can perform an
injection. Also, with the insurance it is mandatory. What time would Mr. Epstein
be able to come in on that June 1st? The fluoro procedures are done uptown at our
practice at the main hospital located at 180 Fort Washington Avenue, Suite 199
1st Floor.

Hi Erica! Jeffrey says his appointment turned out to be a consultation only! We
had thought it was to be the consultation and the shot on the same day_Darn!...so
may we please schedule the actual shot now for Thursday June 1st (Jeffrey says it
has to be a Thursday for Chen) Please let me know!
