Place white benches by dock. Finish grading the kite site. Bust stone as needed for mason Danny — flower bed wall. Pebble beach breaking stone for fisherman's cottage. Assist landscapers as needed. Removed stone bridge to FPP for widening and rebuild of road. Boat ramp install. Housekeeping. Assist with emptying of Chillax and Master BR & Bath for floors. Prep for Kitchen Solutions - guests at GSJ. Extra cleaning from jackhammering for widening opening for exit lines in laundry and removal of laundry roller, and tiki due to traffic pertaining to new tile floors. Landscaping. Assist with stonework along roads - LSJ. Trimming, cleaning, pruning — GSJ, LSJ tiki, nursery, Pop's Garden to FPP, Big Gate to Virgin Mary Road, Sun clock, tennis court, 5 Palms, Master, Main Compound, Pool, Beach Clean up. Assist with emptying of remaining expired extinguishers and cleanup of Fire Safety Training Course. Hydroseed Kit House. Marine. Weather permitting, Little C ready in coming week. Barge repairs continue. Ferry contracted for morning runs.Continue two staff runs in evenings. Steering ordered for Zodiac. Power steering pump ordered for Sportis. Oil changes on boats. Contractors on island: Absolute Flooring Peter Elie — got last of material and equipment to complete bond beam and steel for fisherman's cottage Jeffers - Staking for roads, Material to LSJ Reefco — Finished Master cleanup and removal of old materials from ductwork replacement, starting Master Bath in coming week. Also worked at hangar. EB — GSJ & LSJ Boat Ramp Danny - MC Pool Wall (complete) Kitchen Solutions — Took Measurements for cabana and FPP kitchen countertops and GSJ kitchen. Took sample of tile from Tiki Kitchen so can send countertop ideas there also. Left countertop samples. Kerwin — Tiki kitchen tile (complete) Cedric — MC kitchen range/cooktop repair (complete) Many thanks to all for all the hard work. Other Notes: • Carpet cleaner, rugs, tent, vehicle — to St Thomas for shipment. • Ambulance back to St. Thomas for more work and stocking. • Tiki kitchen tile work complete. Will begin running electric, gas, plumbing, setting cabinets, trim work, etc. this week. Carpenters will create wood countertops for now and do trim work. Ghislaine will provide countertop samples, ideas. • One employee and one contractor have been released: Sainfrans Dejour and Kyle Steward. • All crew OSHA certified Fire Safety Training took place 03/01/19. • Mike prepping large light order to include new and replacement lights at library, around movie room, and other locations around main compound in addition to landscape lighting.
