CREW CONTRACT AGREEMENT 7 ° & Crew le94tIonal loc. Section 1: Contract 1. I authorize Elite Crew International, Inc. (ECI) to contact my previous employers for the purpose of conducting reference verifications. I fully understand that it is in my own best interest that ECI gather employment information on my background in order to better assist me in securing employment. 2. I am aware that it is my responsibility to provide ECI with an updated resume and contact information while actively pursuing employment. It is my obligation to notify ECI should my employment status or availability change. Failure to notify ECI within 1 week of such change may result in removal from the ECI database. 3. ECI reserves the right to restrict representation to applicants who have provided false information, or have not supplied the necessary materials required for registration (Section 2), or have supplied documentation which was fraudulently obtained. 4. I consent that ECI may share my personal data and information with potential employers and other third parties, such as Management Companies, with or without my knowledge for the purpose of securing employment. When possible, ECI does make every attempt to contact all selected candidates prior to submitting their data. 5. I am aware that ECI does not charge a registration fee and is a free service. I understand that ECI is not responsible for any personal expenses or monetary loss that may occur prior, during or following acceptance of employment. 6. I acknowledge my responsibility to respect the confidentiality of information shared with me by ECI regarding positions, yachts and their Owners. 7. ECI will provide, when possible, a copy of the hiring parties Employment Contract, Employment Agreements or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) prior to me accepting a position. 8. Once gainfully employed it is my duty to contact ECI immediately if my working conditions, work hours, meals, wages, or accommodations are deemed to be inadequate or unsafe. It is also my responsibility to notify ECI Immediately if I resign or am let go. ECI makes every effort to avoid this by vetting the yachts we work with. 9. 1 certify that the answers and information supplied by me in my application (via verbal, manual or electronic input) to ECI are correct to the best of my knowledge. By signing below you are confirming that you have carefully read and agree with the ECI Crew Contract Agreement.
