Need a decision on the dock house railing paint color 2. Tom needs to get architectural drawings and final design for 5 palms. He will be back in this area during your visit and we need some direction there or we will need to stop. 3. Flagpole — do you want a gate on the lattice box — there needs to be access to the back equipment room 5. Flagpole — what landscaping do you want along the lattice wall that faces the road. Palm tree placement on big hill — the new measurements are - the distance from the wall to the line, is 13'6" which is 8'6" closer to the wall than the last line which was 22 feet from the wall. The "new line" is a line made by Shane the surveyor and myself based on your request to have a line "level with the foundation of the Cabana 4 wall" . Please confirm 8. We need a design to get started. II. New Helipad — when do you want to do this so I can get it scheduled with Tom. 12. Staff cottage — we need a full set of plans and architectural drawings.
