Howard has been a good complement to the Cushman and Wakefield brokers I have been working with. They've shown me space in the larger buildings. Howard has shown me space in more boutique-like buildings. I have it narrowed down to a space he showed and one CW showed me. Going out to look just at 2 more spots and then we will decide.
