Annually since 1994, the Hall of Fame Ship's Lookout Statue Awards have been presented to these men and women. You must be present at this prestigious event on the evening of May 9, 2012, at the Grand Hyatt New York. There will be 350-380 CEOs and senior executives in attendance. Soon I will send you the timeline for photo and biographical information. You will select a high-ranking colleague from outside your company or someone inside your company to give three minutes of remarks about you—how they know you, what accomplishments you have brought to the industry. You will have three minutes to accept, thank others, and give brief remarks about Dubai World. We will send you a letter announcing your selection which you can use to invite your colleagues, or your staff can send us the list of persons you want invited, and we will send a special invitation with a reply directly to the person of your choice. We will send you 50 special invitations which you can send to your guests for your tables. The mission of the Maritime Association is to promote the industry.
