Custom Installation Expert Service Video Systems Media Room Design AUDIO-VIDEO SALON 238 East 75th St, New York, NY 10021 February 25, 2011 To: Jeffrey Epstein Dear Jeffrey, As per our conversation with Scott Denett, I would like to suggest the following for LSJ: • The projector that fully meets your requirements is the Runco Signature Cinema SC-60D. This is a 3-chip DLP system. This projector is 3D-ready for multiple formats. It uses two UHP lamps and has Cinema quality color. Light output: 10,000 ANSI lumens. Contrast ratio: 10,000:1. Due to the design of the casing it has an extremely quiet operation. • You get full service and set up support from Runco and Audio Video Salon. Audio Video Salon being an authorized Runco dealer. • The cost of the projector is $98,000 (no tax). It will start shipping in April. It is made in small production runs in Oregon, and in order to get in the queue we would need a $20,000 deposit. • Along these lines, we would need a floor plan for the designated home theatre space. We would also like to design the wiring layout for the home theatre equipment, as well as be involved in the electrical planning, and provide the audio video components that would allow this projector to perform at its highest potential. It's essential to calibrate the projector and program the audio portion of the system. • Upon the receipt of the deposit for the projector, Voytek and myself will then be able to become involved in this project. We have sent this information now, because Scott needed it for this morning. Voytek is preparing the proposal for the work at East 71" St., and you will have that as well within an hour or two. Thank you for your consideration, Jim Coleman & Voytek Korolczuk EFTA00603009
