I also attach a photo taken by Valdson, on which I put the indications for positioning the wall unit in Mr. Epstein's bedroom as discussed with BALAS, as well as a photo of the unit installed in Valdson's room (as an example). For your full information, I enclose the explanations, which Mr. Meyssonnier said he sent at the beginning of April, which I never received. I am sending you by separate mail, the technical information on the proposed units Mr Meyssonnier recommends in his proposal (both wall unit in the bedroom and water cool condensing unit in the toilets). Recap of BALAS's proposal: SOLUTION 1 : CARRIER 07ICD018C7L + 42PHQ018S = 9.991,03 euros (tax excluded) SOLUTION 2 : CARRIER 07I0024C7L + 42PHQ024S = 11.366,46 euros (tax excluded). VAT to be applied should be 5.5%. NB: it does not include (i) the dismantling of the ceiling in the toilets where part of the unit should be installed (water cool condensing part), (ii) the electrician, who needs to get a dedicated line from the technical board (probably?) located in the cupboard at the entrance of the small corridor leading to Mr. Epstein's bedroom, and (iii) the redecoration of the toilets. Mr. Meyssonnier thinks that: • part of the decoration in the toilets could be saved and protected during the installation of the water cool condensing unit in the ceiling, • the ceiling should be replaced approximately at the same level or possibly (if need be) a few centimeters lower, • he needs approximately 4 weeks to receive the full units once ordered, • assuming that the electrician has installed the dedicated line and the ceiling in the toilets is dismantled in time, the work should take almost 2 weeks to install the two units (the wall unit in the bedroom and the water cool condensing unit in the ceiling of the toilets) - this does not include time for the redecoration of the toilets, • nothing should be put on the wall unit (wooden or other decoration).
