If sale price is at low estimate in private sale, and JE thinks it should go for more in a subsequent auction, he should have the right to reject offer. Otherwise then Christies should not have exclusive post auction 60 day sales agent right. Are you and Jeffrey ok if the reserve is set a 600,000 pounds?
