I sit on the Board of EBS Bridge, a b2b ebS publishing and conference platform and matchmaker for EBS compliant deals. I'm contemplating a purchase of a business in the USVI, hospitality biz, and I want to wrap my head around tax efficient structures. For the life of me, given the ability to work online, I cannot understand why more businesses aren't locating themselves and their execs in the USVI.
