It's like saying you could drive, but you have to abide by the speed limit. Here, it's saying you can just drive and not abide by anything when there is an instruction that limits their availability to use it in total. So I think it needs to be qualified. 7. MS. COMEY: Your Honor, if someone asked me if I drive, the direct answer would be yes or no. 8. MS. STERNHEIM: But if you're in an area that has a limit -- which we know is in the record, because the Court gave an instruction -- that would be part of it as well. 9. THE COURT: All right. But I think the implication of this question is that they are following the limiting instruction and they want to know what it's relevant for. 10. That's why they -- 11. MS.
