As we move towards the end of the year, I am conscious that there are some key repayments due: • £100k capital reduction before 31st Dec09 for our loan, plus accrued interest on the final quarter • $1.5mn Tim Headington loan - due in full by 31st Dec09. In addition, you will appreciate that we have not received any robust financial plans for the vast majority of this year and I have been chasing John Adams/yourself since September for something meaningful as I am under pressure and now overdue to provide an update to our credit committee urgently. Provision of regular financial updates is a condition of the facilities. I have had a good conversation with Paul Simnock this week and am delighted with what he has been able to start pulling together. I have summarised below the information that I now urgently need and would appreciate a quick response in terms of when this information can be provided: 1. Full list of outstanding creditors 2. What provision is being made for the loan repayments made above? 3. What income has been eamt this year/from where/where has it been paid? 4. What contracts are signed and income due and when? 5. What contracts are in the pipeline? 6. Cashflow forecast based on above for next 6 months. EFTA00769300  7. We did not pay the November payroll, how was this paid? 8.
